Pondera Performing Arts & Sports Sponsorship Program

In October 2018, Pondera is introducing an incredible opportunity for two dancers, two musicians and two athletes, of any age to benefit from the expertise of our

clinical team and amazing facilities.

You will be someone who can attend the studio at least twice a week to use our Pilates, cardio and gym facilities to improve your strength, endurance and motor patterns specific to your discipline.

You will receive:

  • An individual assessment and analysis relative to dance, music or your sport
  • A tailored Pilates and gym exercise program – taught to you by clinical staff 1-on-1
  • Unlimited attendance at Pondera’s studio in West End for 6 months for supervised sessions
  • 3 complimentary remedial massages over the 6 months

To apply, please ‘Like’ and comment on the Facebook and Instagram posts which will appear over the next two and a half weeks (from Sept 26 – Oct 15) – and please feel free to tag any of your friends that you think might be interested – you can come together!

Once you have done that, please email us at admin@pondera.com.au telling us why you would like to be part of this fantastic opportunity and how you would benefit.  You have until 5pm on 15 October to send us an email.  The successful candidates in each category will be chosen by a team of three experienced Pondera Physiotherapists and notified by Friday 19 October.

Once accepted, we will expect that you can commit to attending Pondera’s Studio at least twice a week to ensure you get the most out of this opportunity.  We do not have an age limit, but please note that by being part of this Sponsorship you are consenting to having your photo and/or videos taken over the period of the Sponsorship.

Why are we doing this?

Research and experience tells us that injuries are reduced and performance improved if performers and athletes are fitter, stronger and specifically conditioned for their needs.

Our clinical team have extensive elite level experience in dance, music and sports injury and performance management and have helped hundreds of performers and athletes not just get back to what they love doing, but perform even better.
