Pondera’s goal is to provide high quality, accessible treatment and exercise rehabilitation services in a timely manner to our valued clients. We value your time and we work hard to be available when you are.

In order to provide a high level of service, we have had to implement a NEW cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our clients needing urgent assessment and guidance.

 Cancellation of an Appointment: In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients, please be courteous and call the office promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment or class, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are often in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care. Late cancellation may result in a fee of 50% of the full appointment fee. 

 How to Cancel Your Appointment: To cancel appointments, please call 07 3846 1488. If you do not reach Reception you may leave a clear detailed message on our voicemail system. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to leave your phone number and let us know the best time to return your call.

No-Show Policy: A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without calling more than 24 hours in advance to cancel. “No-shows” are an inconvenience to those individuals who need access to treatment, as well as the clinician. A “no-show” will result in a fee of 50% of the full appointment fee or a $10 fee for a class session.
