Pondera is Latin for ‘equilibrium’, which by definition is a state of balance. We were established in 2006 with the aim of going beyond just treating pain and injury. Here at Pondera, we love seeing people perform at their best.
We have two modern, accessible clinics (West End and North Lakes) with both offering Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and Clinical Pilates services. Our studio in West End, Brisbane is also a fully operational rehabilitation gym complete with Clinical Pilates Reformers, Trapeze tables, a high quality cable system, upright bike, mini trampoline and a range of other rehabilitation equipment.
There is ample free onsite parking at both clinics.
Pondera is privately operated, caring for people from all walks of life, recreational to elite athletes, amateur and professional performing artists along with clients with general and work related injuries.
