Aerobilates (TM) is Pondera’s unique circuit class combining our full equipment resources involving reformer, trap table, weights cardio, boxing, fitballs, bodyblade, BOSU, TRX, resistance band and matt exercises and more. It is a fast paced circuit that challenges your core strength and endurance for 45 minutes followed by a rewarding stretch down. Aerobilates is available to anyone after a short safety screening. Currently Aerobilates runs, Thursday 6.00am and Saturday 8am (followed by coffee!)
