Faster Taller StrongerAnother Pondera first, FTS is a 6 week group program designed for the over 50’s who feel their mobility, posture and strength is declining. In a social yet stimulating environment, we gradually increase challenges and focus on posture, balance and body awareness.

We start with a Physio screening where we measure height, strength and assess posture, giving us goals and a review after the program highlights gains made with a tailored program available to continue your progress.

Courses start at regular intervals through the year so call us for more details.
