Have you had a hip or knee replacement? And have you achieved full mobility, strength, balance and freedom to do what you want and need to again?

Designed to help people recover better from hip or knee surgery, “Let’s Get You Moving” is a 6 week program of twice-weekly classes held in our spacious Pilates studio. It utilises a combination of Pilates, balance, agility and strength training equipment to help restore strength, balance and freedom of movement.
All exercises are functionally designed to ensure those new hips and knees are performing as well as they can. There is a maximum of six people per class. Classes run for six weeks (12 sessions in total).
Initial consultation/assessment will need to be completed before you begin the classes.
Assessment cost: $99 (includes individual goal setting).
Program cost: $25 per class or $300 – this is for the 12 sessions of the course. You may be able to claim this back on your Private Health cover (please check first if this is important).
Please note: clients must be able to attend 9 of the 12 sessions to participate. Payment to be made up-front. No refunds except for illness or injury.
