Post Natal Pilates (bring your bub!)

 

New Mums want to exercise but need or want to be with their bubs. Why not do it together? We have dedicated time slots where only new Mums (baby 3 weeks post birth to crawling) can use the studio. You are given an individual program but can share with other Mums. We allow more time to cater for feeding, changing and just cuddling. Get you body back!
