"4 Steps to Freedom" Supervised Clinical Pilates

 

Our unique approach breaks your program into 4 stages, each with its own challenges and targets. As you progress, your program reflects the gains made and we review all goals to ensure you have new targets. Our colour coded system allows us to easily ascertain each clients’ current status and maintain the appropriate supervision and intervention.

All Pilates programs are individually designed and constantly supervised in groups of 5 max. Class structures do not allow for individual concerns and week to week changes do not allow enough time to adequately relearn motor patterns before progressing.

Clients are rewarded for their personal commitment to improvement with complimentary massage sessions and fee reductions in the 3rd and 4th steps.
