Our Pilates & rehabilitation studio staff work in a supervisory capacity in conjunction with our Physiotherapists, as well as guiding clients in our Fitness stream.

All have University level anatomical and physiological education and have been either trained in our own system and/or completed courses from Pilates instructor training courses.

Our staff undergo regular in-service training to ensure we can offer a consistent level of care and expertise for your program.

Our Exercise Physiologists are also available for consultations under CDM (Chronic Disease Management) programs under Medicare on referral from your GP.
